He has been and will continue to be a very important person not only in my personal life but in my business as well. Romulo was shot in the neck while in a gunfight fighting the war on terrorism. The gunshot caused severe damage to his vertebrate. Romulo is now facing another fight. A fight to regain the use of his body!
